We then hand your parcel over to DHL, our shipping partner for deliveries within Germany, so you can rely on fast, secure, and dependable delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email.
How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order contains multiple items with different delivery times, we will generally ship them together. In that case, the longest stated delivery time applies.
Shipping Costs Within Germany
The following shipping rates apply to deliveries within Germany:
- €4.90 for orders up to €48.99
- Free shipping on orders of €49.00 or more

International Shipping
Of course, we don't just ship our toe socks within Germany.
We deliver to many European countries as well as a range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Can I Track My Parcel?

As soon as your order has been handed over to DHL, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email. Whenever available, this email will also include a tracking link.
This allows you to check the current status of your parcel and see when it's expected to arrive.
Can I Have My Order Delivered to a DHL Packstation?
Yes.
You can also have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation. Please follow the instructions provided during checkout.
