The Coolmax® effect

Coolmax® is a fast-drying polyester yarn. Moisture doesn't get absorbed into the yarn but stays on the surface of the sock. This surface is artificially enlarged through microstructures so water evaporates faster. The evaporation process draws energy away from the surrounding heat. The effect: the socks stay drier and cooler than with conventional yarns.
