The problem is that in “normal” non-slip socks, your feet are less mobile and your toes cannot spread properly — especially in certain asanas, this can negatively affect your posture and stability.

Knitido Plus® toe socks solve exactly this problem: they allow you to move freely, properly feel and grip the surface beneath you — while still wearing socks.

DO YOGA SOCKS HAVE A NON-SLIP GRIP?

  • Models with open toes feature a non-slip grip under the ball of the foot and the heel.
  • Models with closed toes are also non-slip underneath the toes.

Our models are made from high-quality, skin-friendly cotton.

All toe socks are produced by us directly — in our own knitting factory in Wakayama, Japan.

What makes Knitido Plus® toe socks truly unique

The soles of our toe socks are specially designed: the completely seamless, patented footbeds gently support your feet during training. There are three main concepts:

With the Balance Air Cushion, the ball of your foot rests on a stabilizing cushion pad while supporting the foot on both the inner and outer sides. This Air Cushion enhances your sense of balance, giving you greater stability and control even in demanding poses.

2. POSTURE

Lift your transverse arch and improve your posture.

With the Posture Air Cushion, the transverse arch of the ball of your foot rests on a stabilizing cushion. Your body automatically shifts slightly backward, where a heel cushion absorbs the pressure. In addition, your arch is stabilized with light compression.

3. SUPPORT

Support your feet for greater stability and performance.

With the Support Air Cushion, both the ball of your foot and the heel rest on stabilizing cushions, while the longitudinal arch is supported by an elastic compression band. This helps your feet stay energized for longer and reduces fatigue.
